They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. They rang to say they are reducing the cost of my homecare cover and including plumbing and electricity repairs. All I need to do is amend my Direct Debit. This is a company scamming customers as they had all me details.

Sales call On answering this number a male with possibly an Asian accent enquired if I had any storm damage which needed repairing. I said no and he hung up. As I have an ex-directory number I assume that this was from a call centre just auto dialing. SPAM Be very wary

02394352784 called 26 may 23 at 08:14 hrs..... Male caller said his records showed my property roof insulation was old sub-standard material and should be replaced to improve efficiency. Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Last previous call was from 02394352784 26 April 23 at 0832hrs.

Automated call to say suspicious transactions on my MasterCard and to press a certain number to stop them. I don't have a MasterCard.

This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked).
