Automated voice said something about my Amazon prime account. As I don’t even have an Amazon account I believe this is a scam and have blocked the number.

I received a call from this number today saying someone had tried to pay for something on Amazon and with draw £1000 from my bank. It just went off before the call finished so I rang the number back on my mobile. I guy answered but said he had not used his phone that morning.

Claimed ti be shaw cover insurance brokers Phoning on behalf of the bog 5 insurance companies. Wanting to know what my cover was and who it was being left to and that they could lower my payments and increase my cover. Asked them who they were.phinong on behalf of! Not my life insurance company ???? contacted my insurance company who conformed they do not use brokers and to always use them direct for anything

Scam caller about a charge on your amazon account...

Fraud. Pretending to call from HMRC. Didn't know my name. Told them if they're calling from HMRC the least they should know is my name. Call was supposedly from Liverpool too, not a Liverpudlian accent to be heard.

EVRI have a 16-digit tracking number or 8-digit calling card number both without letters. Please block the number for your own safety.

I was called at 12:30 while eating my lunch, it was a woman saying she was an energy advisor in my area. When I said "sorry what company are you from", she rudely hung up! Obviously a fraud as I live near ther south coast not in the area of Blackburn.

This number called and asked for me by my first name. When I asked who was calling he hung up. I have blocked this number- definitely dodgy if he won’t say who he is and why he is calling.

They are pretending to be from HRMC and say that there is a warrant out for your arrest, as you haven't paid tax for 2 years, then ask you for National insurance number and bank details.

Bank scam

Fraud call, calmed to be from Financial Services Authority compensation team.

ISP scam from India. Man from Openreach said that my internet connection had been used for illegal activity and they would disconnect me. Obvious scam. I played dumb for a bit and eventually the guy gave up and disconnected the call.

SCAM got an OTP request from phone provider and call from this number at the same time

The man was extremely foul mouthed and told me in no uncertain terms he hadn't rung me

SCAM - asked about our BT contract, we do not have BT, when I advised and told him it was a scam he was abusive!

02394352784 called 26 may 23 at 08:14 hrs..... Male caller said his records showed my property roof insulation was old sub-standard material and should be replaced to improve efficiency. Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Last previous call was from 02394352784 26 April 23 at 0832hrs.

Fraud recording only. claiming that you have a pending case from HMRC and are investigating your financial activity. It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. SCAM, they crawl databases for car accidents and seem to be trying to make money from it in some way. AVOID.

Called pretending to be from Amazon asking me to confirm a pin number sent by Amazon ...

SCAM. Nothing happened when I picked up - as in no one said or did anything. After a bit of research I found that other people also received a scam call from this number.

Computerized voice claiming to be international police and asking you to press a number to get more information. Is a gotcha!

Fraud - phoned my 85 year old grandmother asking for her bank account details as Amazon had taken money from her account (they hadn’t).

Fraud - Missed call, phoned back, pretended to ask if I was the job centre, and didnt speak English, attempt to keep me on phone. Do not return call, hidden charges!

Scam call: recorded female voice message (with American accent), purporting to be from HMRC, stating that I was being pursued (criminal case) for failure to pay taxes.

telemarketing scammers give em grief then block

Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.

This Number called me 5 times today, I answered in my lunch break and they claimed they were calling from Vodafone and that I was eligible for an upgrade, They said I could have an i phone for £35 a month unlimited data, They asked me what current phone am I using, I advised they would know this information if they were calling from Vodafone, they advised they cannot access my account as this is the accounts team, they then put there "manager" on the telephone, at no point were these people able t
