It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider. This is genuine. I just had it and went into HSBC nearby me and called from there, but annoyingly it was over a £10 payment! Waste of time, but at least they do check from time to time. Agree that they should have this number up on their website, and also it came up as Withheld on my mobile, so I didn't answer it anyway.
