Seems to be London number used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036342xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, accident claims - Travel advisory line, Holiday Assist etc.. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with insurance marketing - ambulance chasers, car accidents. Block it...

They basically tell you there is a problem with your computer or router and they want access to your computer to show you the problems - any attempt to question them or go off script and they just hang up.
