They basically tell you there is a problem with your computer or router and they want access to your computer to show you the problems - any attempt to question them or go off script and they just hang up. DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER REMOTELY. TalkTalk, Microsoft, Google and BT Technical Support never phone you up about an issue they have identified on

Relentless phone calls from this number and when you block the last 4 numbers change. Had approximately 30 phone calls in a 2 week period. When you answer it sounds like an automated call centre. A pain in the backside.
Wanted my card details and pretended that the number at the bottom of my visa card was the registration number for this preference. then asked for my sort code number. Told him he was the nuisance caller and hung up
