This number is supposedly from Visa card telling me that there is a suspicious transaction on my card. Don't think Visa would call on a mobile number. Takes you through to a Asian call centre

Someone claiming to be from "Tenancy Deposit Helpline" asking if we have a private tenancy deposit. Asked where they got our details from, they said from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, I said surely they'd know if we had a private deposit if that was where they got out details. He hung up.

This is the number of a "big logistic company" that send in 2023 a email to offer a great job. CEST logistics, do you know them? I don't neither Google... Cheaters!

This is a SCAM. The call started with a woman stating she was from Virgin Media and had noted problems with my router; asked if I had also noticed this. I said I hadn't. She said she could help me resolve the problem. I told her she couldn't, not least because I wasn't with Virgin Media. She told me she could help because all the providers' support centres were working together on this. I told her 'nice try' and hoped the weather was good in Delhi, or wherever she was 'phoning from. Then I hung up.

This is a Visa fraud scam. They tell you there has been unusual activity on you card from a betting company in the USA and to press 1 to talk to the fraud team. AVOID !!!!

there appears to be a large number of calls from the 0161 728 xxxx area, they all seem to be scams of one kind or another you should be very careful if you receive one. be on your guard.

My mobile phone rang and when I looked at the screen it was flashing red and the words 'SCAM CALL' also flashing along with an exclamation mark in a circle. Needless to say that the call was not answered.

Incoming call saying Hammersmith & Fulham Borough of 02087483020 So I looked it up as didn't answer it looks genuine but why would a London Borough for Housing phone me up when I live up North is beyond me. So for this am sorry to say it's a SCAM. Compared to the other 3 Comments left with Reviews

Supposedly from my daughter new phone as old one is broken request to message her Had this type of message before they then request you pay an important bill as she they cannot access internet banking I know its a scam as my daughter lives abroad and we only use messenger On one such message I asked how her Dad was reply was he is good little did they know he had been dead for some years

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Recorded message saying it was Amazon and that they were going to debit my account by £79.99 renewal. If I disagreed with this then press 1 to speak to a manager. I'm not with Amazon and number now blocked.
