I got a text from this number pretending to have a verification number for Microsoft. I refreshed the website and got Microsoft to send me another a verification number. When Microsoft text you, it will say MICROSOFT. If a mobile number comes up, DO NOT USE THAT CODE.

This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Just received a call from this number from an articulate young man who attempted to argue with me when I questioned who he was and shouted over me rather than listening to what I was saying. It was apparently something to do with green energy and saving me money. I said I did not deal with cold callers and asked him not to ring again as he could not save me money as my energy bills are fixed but he said I did deal with cold callers as I had answered the phone! It was altogether a very unpleasant call.
Called .e whilst I was on a call, tried to ring it back an automated message came up saying calls aren't being taken.
Claimed from Amazon I accused him of being a scammer he hung up!

it's now lunchtime and so far today I've had 6 dropped calls when answering. Annoying when you take off safety gear to answer! Although previous comment says Hellmann, I called them and said I was expecting a parcel from DHL. They advised there are 3 other courier services on site including DHL, the chap from Hellmann gave me a number to try but wouldn't connect :/
