Called from 01416285966, left a message on the answerphone for me to call back (Church Organisation), called her self Nancy, gave no company name given and asked for a call back on 0208 1443803.. SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. This is Kinex. They ignore ALL requests not to call. When their number is blocked they will call from a different number. Report them to the ICO - it takes 1 minute - as they are breaking GDPR regulations. Their MD is Chris Earle from Verastar. They need a massive fine or to be put out of business.
