someone rang my mobile from 07776 458280 and when i answered there was silence - no one spoke. I did not recognise the number as it was not in my contacts!
This is my number but somebody is spoofing it and sending scam calls. Apologies for the inconvenience but I am not calling anybody.

Fraud I believe this was an attempt to get my debt card information. I typed in the url filled up with an all red page telling me this was a fraudulent site and to not contact or talk to these people. UNSAFE SITE trying to get my credit card, social sec. info etc. It had the phone number 208-537-7505 which if you call it, get nothing but what sounds like a fake ring - No one picks up. The URL they sent in the text led me to the warning site. The text will ask if you used your card and the amt charged.

This number is a SCAM. I just received a call from a man telling me he had my file in front of him and I have some unsecured debts. When I told him that I do not have any debts he hung up immediately and didn't even say goodbye. Clearly not a genuine debt advice agency because they would never hang up in such a manner. This number rang on 09/03/23. When I answered, the call just ended. This number rang again on 10/03/23. The caller had a South Asian accent, knew my name and enquired about the car accident I'd had. I responded that this would be the car accident I hadn't had and told him to stop wasting my time. There was a fairly insincere 'apology' that he'd been given the incorrect details.

A man with an English accent told me his name, but I don't remember it. I was told that the call was from y local energy consultancy and I was asked if in the past I had used the Government scheme for installing fibreglass in my loft. I said I hadn't used the Government scheme and I did have loft insulation that was installed and then boarded over. I tried to say that I wasn't going to allow the boards to be lifted and he talked over me to say that he wasn't interested and he hung up.
