These mugs keep calling my grandmothers house, so have them the wrong address and then I kept questioning who they are, and why they are calling. SCAM Claims to be from Virgin Media stating may have noticed Internet is running slow. They then try to get you to download an app to speed it up but it really allows them remote access to all your devices that are connected to the Internet. DO NOT download this app even if pressured to do so.
