My husband has no life insurance policy therefore I suspect they are not genuine callers. Beware of rouge callers who want to get info about your account and take your hard earned cash. This number has rang three times in an hour and half tonight. It cuts off as soon as you answer. I have looked it up on these sort of websites and it either comes up as a parcel force scam or BT text messaging. Either way it is at the height of annoyance as I have blocked it but it keeps getting through. STOP RINGING ME.

Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).

Call sent because, "I had never used these services before." An invitation followed to Press 1 or 2 to cancel or speak to an advisor. Looks like a genuine number from my geographical area. I did not press any digits, hung up and did not attempt a call-back. Perhaps a spoofed number - potentially dangerous.
