Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

SCAM - I had the same call (01970607650 - 11/5/2022, 14:36) as several people before me, medical alert company, entitled to an alert pendant, wanting to ask me questions. I said wait, I wanted to ask him questions, where was he calling from, um...Dorset, then he started his spiel again. So I asked where he got my name from and why he thought I was entitled to a medical pendant, and he hung up. BE VERY CAREFUL - THIS GUY IS PREYING ON VULNERABLE PEOPLE!!!

A female speaking chinese or mandarin, no idea what was being said. May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. This is likely to be connected. SCAM every day in my opinion.

If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! Calling saying they were from Currys / PC World , accent suggested Indian caller, Currys / PC World do not have permission to call me - caller hung up when challenged on this. I suspect it was a scam call (your PC is infected with a virus type scam)
