asked for me and said they were from finance and I had answered a phone survey recently. I dont answer phone surveys so I told the guy on the end that I never answer phone surveys, and wasnt interested in finance, loans, debt management or PPI and put the phone down. hope they dont call again.

Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

I have been investigating this company myself for a number of years following a previous company trading under the same style. I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. I thought I ll add this. All the replies are recent (nov 2013) I got one ring then it went off. This has happened twice on one week. Timewaster.

Called asking to verify my name & address, they had both wrong, so then wanted my name & address. I asked why but this Indian or Pakistani kept waffling & would not say why, so I hung up. Next time I shall use a tuning fork over the ear piece, so it explodes his end!

Manchester seems to be the Spam call capital of Britain at the moment. Here s another number that never leaves a voicemail and which I don t recognise.

Missed call from this number - when I rang back it was a recorded message saying "This number is for sale for information call 070 4000 1000"

After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. I told him what a bad line it was and got him to repeat several times. He said he would call another time but I told him not to bother. I said I knew who it was calling. He wanted to know who I thought it was. After I identified him as a criminal he called me something rude
