Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. The call came from Manchester yet again probably rerouted from a call centre abroad. I have blocked the number as always.
