We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped? 14 Oct 2021 - Caller pretended to be a friend of my daughter when she had asked for her and I told her she no longer lived here. She said her name was Sarah and claimed she had pressed the wrong number in her list of contacts. I ve had numerous calls(>25)claiming to be from"Talk Talk". Most calls are a few sec s of silence,followed by automated voice saying "Thank You" & call ends. Others advise choosing keypad options;I ve not tried,in case it s a premium rate/International call back scam. Sometimes caller speaks in broken English,citing:"My Talk Talk account"as reason for call. Repeated requests to remove my number, in compliance with Data Protection Act are ignored.

Shortly afterwards, I looked up Cambridge Joining Technology Ltd, which turns out to be a real company, and called the mobile number on its website and warned the man that his company name is being used. He didn't recognise the number.
