It’s a scam number. Got a call from this number telling me they have a discount for o2 members and asked for my o2 one time code to apply the discount.

SCAM I've said scam because it was a recording and began with.....This is a security message.... At this point I hung up.

Some sort of SCAM. Phone caller said he was from Microsoft and was warning me that my computer had been hacked. When I terminated the call he rang back to say he was going to disconnect my computer!

Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.

Caller said they were from O2. Said there was suspicious activity on my account, then a text turned up that looked to have come from O2. The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. Fraud I enquired about a pension transfer from the Netherlands to UK and cot contacted by Online Mortgage Advisor (OMA) dsiplaying this nr. I have not been further contacted and I can't get in contact with OMA either as the nr is not callable, which is a breach with OFCOM regulations.

Call about insurance policy for domestic equipment (which isn't covered) expiring then telling you your current insurance you do have is quadruple in cost when it is for life of item covered.
