This number come up about 4 times a week, they never leave a message. When you try to id the number comes back as not recognised?
caller wanted to confirm my post code and quoted my old postcode. I said "if you work for BT, you d know my correct postcode" She said she would check and call back, then hung up.
Kept saying an extra 1.6 billion as been allcated by banks for refunds and kept rtying to get my personel details.

My bitcoin was stolen by an investment company on Telegram. Life became so frustrating to the extent I fall sick and spent some days in the hospital. I can’t imagine a single mother like me losing $42k just like that. I went to a local police station and made a report still nothing was done. I did all I could do within my powers to recover my lost funds but all was in vain. I nearly give up. All I did was started looking for help both on internet, friends and work colleagues. They told me about Digiconomist
Sales woman called and said she wanted to speak to the director and give us quotes for energy providers. I told her 'the managing director would not be interested in her call but thank you' and then put the phone down as we do not take cold calls. She rang straight back and spoke to another colleague saying that I was rude to hang up on her! Very harassing, a rude person, and not a good fit for a sales team, we will be adding them to our black list.

I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. For once, an unknown number that is actually legit. It was a call from Thames Water. I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number but the voice message was genuine with specific details (including the correct address) about a drainage issue I d discussed with them earlier. Genuine call.
Scam caller stating hmrc have a case against you, not true, if press 1 will be charged excessively. Should be hung and dried.
