Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Their script is well rehearsed leading you to believe they re on the service side of your purchase and calling about further delivery information. Try ringing them on this numb

I have been investigating this company myself for a number of years following a previous company trading under the same style. I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. had a call asking if i was plumber,(yes i am) can i help with a tap problem then gave me an address in local area. Called them back to clarify address and realised after searching number its a windup by faceless people with nothing better to do.

NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a very large charge on your bill.

Male guy phone me telling me I was loyal O2 customer and offering me upgrade. But could hear him talking down the road with ambulance siren in background. Scam!

Called Sunday morning claiming to be doing a health survey for the government. Told them i needed proof. Gave me a couple of freephone numbers to ring which also seem dodgy. having read this thread I ve no doubt they will phone again but forewarned is forearmed.

I was stupid enough to try to return this call. Automated message didn t tell me who the company was and put me in a queue so I hung up.

I m fed up gettin calls from this num. it rings a couple times then stops before u can even answer I just want to be able to tell them totals my num off their list! Idiots.
