Pretending to call from my bank about fraudulent transactions on my account, those transactions were taking from my account, someone had access to my card number, didn't ask me any security questions, just telling me my account issues, and didn't sound professional, was an English man, I hung up and phoned my real bank instead.Fraud

I said I would not answer any questions.but he proceeded to ask if I had double glazing. I repeated I was not prepared to disclose any information about me or my property to someone on the phone I did not know. He was polite and hung up. I did feel it was leading to a scam call

Scam - offered to come and do free security check and install cameras to elderly resident, he didnt sign anything, they took his information and charged him for the free consultation, and installation of 8 camera (non installed or agreed too). Money was taken from account, and his number was blocked, even address of card left isnt for this company, but a empty lot in Dewsbury, when number called and asked about this elderly resident, they block your number too after using some blue language.Fraud SCAM

It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. Claimed to be life insurance and knew both my parents names but when I asked them they didn’t know who he was claimed to be Tom from venisure, or something like that, but I don’t think it’s trustable and is a potential scammer preying on the older generations

SCAM Pretends to be from my bank, without saying the bank's name, referring to two specific transactions - but this is a recorded message! Then they ask you to press 2 & hold - that's when I hung up, I guess they would have asked me for account details. I just checked with my banking app just to be sure.

"This is Royal Mail. Your package has been delivered twice and there was no answer. Please press 9 for more information." Followed by a message in Chinese. Pressed 9. Connected to a person speaking Chinese. No idea what this is, so disconnected. It's obviously not the Royal Mail.
