Some lowlife asked me to confirm my identity. I declined. You should NEVER give a cold caller any information that would identify you or any account that you may have. I do not know anyone and have no dealings with anyone in Manchester. Almost certainly a SCAMMER calling.

Male on this number rattled off who he was too quick to understand who he was representing. Then with quite assertiveness started to ask me personal questions about my property. I refused to answer any of his questions and phone was disconnected.

SCAM - I received an evident scam or fraud SMS text from this number on 30 June 2023, with a quite convincing message beginning “Morning mum”, and asking me to message back on another UK mobile number. Nothing to worry about. A fireman offered to install smoke alarms in town the other day & left them at my door as I wasn't in, and just wanted to check that I'd got them okay & if I'd installed them. Really good considering it was free.
