The call was about loft Insulation and was from A to B Homes. The caller wanted to know if my house qualified. When I asked where the company was based the caller terminated the call. I then rang back the number and a different voice answered. I asked for the name and address of the company and he replied 18 Walton road Southampton SO19 0JB. This is a residential address. This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha
