Both told me that they had information that showed that I had had a no fault accident within the last 2 years. They were obviously reading from a script, refused to tell me where they had got my name, phone number or the accident information from. I told them what I thought of them and they hung up ! Will report it to TPS and ico.org.uk

Silent call, then hang up. Possibly trying to get return call to a premium rate number. I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem.
