SCAM, it sounds like a rerouted Indian call centre, using a UK number, claiming to be a generic "internet security".

Fraud A well spoken man allegedly called "John" saying he understood I was the the homeowner which I declined to answer and started banging on about solar panels. Told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Like many other reports I am TPS registered, so if a genuine company they are breaking the law. If a scam, as I suspect it is, of course also illegal. Have NOTHING to do with this number and "company" !!

An autodialler call with a Foreign Ladies voice pretending to be from Amazon about a £600 charge on my Amazon account press 1 to dispute the charge. i dont have an Amazon account so i hung up and reported the call to Ofcom by sms 7726

Answered the call and heard an automated voice claiming that HMRC would be initiating legal proceedings against me. Terminated the call before they got any further. Very dodgy.

SPAM SPAM I did not answer as I did not recognise the number. It recorded a message on my voicemail in Mandarin. I regularly get calls from apparent UK mobiles which do this. One advisor at my airtime provider told me it may be a number which charges a lot to call it. or even to answer it. This cannot to me as I have a capped charge at zero.

Scam call allegedly from Inland Revenue

SCAM: Caller explained someone in Reading had created a fake Amazon account my name, &amp; wanting to buy an iphone 12 which would cost me £700. They didn't think I had ordered it and so wanted to know if I was accepting the order or not. I said I was not giving anything out over the phone wother than I hadn't ordered the phone. He started giving instruction for me to access my laptop. He swore at me when I said I wasn't going to help and he hung up
