An automated voice from a different number said it was HMRC calling, that there was an arrest warrant out for me and this was their last attempt to contact me that I should call 02081442921. Do not call this number. I have informed HMRC of this phishing scam.
Heavily accented guy called claiming to be from First Nation bank with regard to PPI claim to the value of ?3000. Apparently they need to take commission (no win no fee) of ?200, but can only take this in the form of Google Play cards... (As if!) Caller from this number claimed to be from EE network which was unbelievable due to thos callers total lack of professionalism and dreadful attitude. Obviously yet just another tedious no hoper trying to scam the vulnerable with all the brinkmanship, skill and dexterity of a toddler with a plastic sword. If this is the level our scammers are currently operating at, then we genuinely have very little to fear.
