The person who uses this telephone number is responsible for causing a great deal of cruelty, malice, and vitriol. They have repeatedly targeted and preyed upon extremely vulnerable individuals by taking advantage of their emotional proclivities, insecurities, and mental and/or physical difficulties. This person has used language that is extremely manipulative, insidious, and callous in order to repeatedly bully and victimize vulnerable people. SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. This is the second time in a few days I have been targeted and the number also had 07738 prefix but followed by 207964

Scam - Caller said that they were from Microsoft and, over the last four days, they have received notification that hackers etc had got access to my computer. If I turned on my computer they would be able to clear them from it. When I said it was a scam, I was told that if I did not let them remove the hackers, Microsoft would have to stop any computer from being able to work from my address in the future.
