I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.

I ve just had a call from this number (well spoken English male) offering me a nuisance calls device. I questioned him coming to the cost of the service he asked if I am over 65 and in this case it will be 2 pounds a year (!) for 3 years after which it will be free !!! I wanted him to speak to my husband but he was not available at the moment. He hung up.

You cannot be charged for answering a call. The numbers are spoofed by scammers and are from outside the UK so the TPS has no effect.
