Claiming to be from Sky, suggesting my Internet has been breached. Asked that I get my mobile phone and go to Google. I refused and the man got really angry, and shouted I need to do this to fix the problem. I refused and hung up.
I had a call to say my gas meter engineer was in an accident and had to rearrange for next week. Strangely I had a call from the engineer 15 minutes later to say he was on his way and knew nothing of an accident. I can't help but feel suspicious .

SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. I want to clarify that I had just given him the 5 minute postcode and he should have come to see the car in about 5 hours when I was free.
