I went on to live chat on their website whom confirmed the call was from them - I have recommended they add the number they call from to their website as google search shows it as a telepest rather than a genuine call. No company name given but they advised they were calling about my life insurance, when informed I don t have life insurance they asked if I wanted some.

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. He wasn t for backing down and was aggressive I told him to phone me back as i was at work and didn t have any info to hand. I will NOT answ

I started with the Peoples Postcode lottery and never expected a call, had I been told to expect a call I would have replied. The message says that they will try call again.

Called twice 20-21/10/20, no voice message left. Did not pick up.

Received call to see if I was OK for heating oil as purchased from them before. Nice salesperson and extremely helpful. Called back to place order and others were professional. Good customer service.

Keeps calling, last phone call when they asked to speak to me I replied," No you can t, she died last week. Needless to say tthe following day , guess what?, they rang again. I ve tried blocking the number but no success and also receive other 0203.... numbers. Really fed up with this , can be several times a day.
