Was called today from this no. An Asian sounding chap introduced himself as Robin Waterman from B.T. and told me my broadband would be closed down for 10 days. When I asked him for the no. he was calling from he gave me a different no. to the one on my caller display. When I asked which of the 2 broadband accounts I am responsible for was affected he said the first one! I cannot believe these people, I was polite and courteous and explained I had not had a accident and after 5 minutes got told to F off and then the woman slammed the phone down. Absolute disgrace.

Have been called repeatedly by this number over past 2 weeks- they left a message on my answerphone saying "So you wanted to know about bloody contents cover". I called it back and wanted to make a complaint, but they wouldn t put me on to a manager and said they would call back again!!

Keeps leaving a voicemail after the call. Voicemail cites the number that called and advises not to disregard the message as the matter at hand is time sensitive.

I confirm that it s illegal. I believe they call from Asia because it is a financial call centre but they call when here is night! I don t use bad words because I don t want a ban, but they are criminal!

Persistence caller, rings around 4 times a day at different times, even though my answer machine takes most of the calls they keep calling. Today I answered it & they are asking for the person that used to have my number over 22 years ago so I know that they are working from old telephone books etc. Just told them that they had the wrong number so hopefully that will stop now! It s a welsh number and I don t know anyone that lives in Wales.

At least 16 landline calls in 48 hrs despite being asked not to call and to remove our number. Now hanging up on us when we ask to speak to their manager. Unacceptable harassment.
