You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. My 2 year manufacturer s warranty was 1y manufacturer + 1y exended.. that 1y extended part was supplied by D&G. Bad line and almost unintelligible guy at the other end. Took me 3 goes before I heard the words PPI, then told him I was at work and I hung up. The guy didn t even seem to know what he was saying when I asked what he was calling for. Script based nuisances.

Said he was from Carphone Warehouse, not had any dealings with them so most likely a scam
