Keep getting calls from this number and when I ring back no one answers and no answering message comes up. Don't know who this is. Can I get these calls stopped?

I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. I have replied my name is correct but I didn t met any accident and applying claims. Also note this number 08443380475 that was claiming to be PayPal is a Premium Rate phone number so this means that it will most likely cost you a lot to phone them back on this number. Don t be so daft to phone them back, let them call you if they want to speak to you. They are just trying to get you or me to pay for the call cost. I think the call was regarding a negative balance on my PayPal account. I can t be certain of this, but this is all I can think off as PayPal have never phoned me ever before.
