I do not know this person and when i try and call them back, it does not even ring. I think this is a scammer and should be stopped

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. SPAM Going by other reports it is a Bank Scam, claiming 2 dodgy payments on your account. But could also be the dreaded I'm calling from Microsoft - monitoring the worlds IP addresses and yours is being used illegally. Whoever they are block the number and relax. It might be good if you have your Banks fraud team number logged in the phones phone book.

He is blackmailing me now by threatening to post our private video that he got during our meet up in hotel. He said he will post on social site if I will not follow what he want. He has my Facebook account and instagram details, and threatening me to send that video to my friends and colleagues)? I met him in Tinder from Germany before meeting him in London several weeks ago.
