This is really McDowall Media. They have already been in trouble with the TPS. Have had several calls from them in last week.
Fraud. We get a lot of these calls proporting to be UK numbers. Line cuts off a couple of seconds after pick up. This is an auto-dialer checking that someone will answer that phone number. Between 2 and 24 hours later we will get a call from a different number with someone pretending to be from BT, Virginia Media, Talk Talk, Amazon.... Number now blocked

I Have had this number call my phone Several times,on ringing back the line went dead so i did a little research to find it appears to be connected to an Insurance Company by the name of Adrian Flux.Our car Insurance is due in less than a month we changed last year from Adrian Flux to another company after this i also will not use Adrian Flux Insurance company if they use such tactics as harassment calls ever again as these comments seem to say it is, be aware 01553608625,can become a nuisance call

Received call from busy overseas call centre claiming to be BT. When I pointed out that yesterdays call was reported as a fraud to the police she hung up. Yesterdays call exactly same script but from 01724956685 they are hacking into or falsely generating a UK number. It is the role of BT to put a stop to this nonsense?

I pressed 1 and a lady with an Indian accent answered saying she was HMRC and "how can I help you?" Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!
