Told me I had claim back on insurance hidden in mortgage and eventually...after I d been very cynical and searched online, asked for my expiry date and then said needed long card number on credit card not linked to my mortgages for a check. When I said this didn t make sense they hung upM. Give them nothing!

I rang the 0800 number below and although Nena Patel doesn t work their any longer , I spoke to a very helpful man called Alex who listened carefully and checked which survey I was being called about. He then took my number off the list and said I would no longer receive calls about that survey. An idiot rang me from this number stating that he could get me refunds for all of any of the loans, credit cards and mortgages that I d ever had during my lifetime. I have been contacted by a Company called UK Loan Ltd, the foriegn gentleman called Richard explained all the loan details and even gave me a reference number and the number to call them back.
