Just received a scam called about Amazon Prime
SCAM Told my Visa card was being charged £300 by Amazon and £1100 being taken by Western Union. I don't have a Visa card. This is a scam.
Keep phoning mobile but I don't answer. If it was anyone important, they'd known to use my landline, as I only have a mobile phone for emergencies, with only family and friends who have this number.

I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.

Suggest you don't answer. The number (Caller Identifier) when dialled gives "This number is not recognised"!

Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I've just kept one of their team talking for 12 minutes, saving others from being called by this scam! They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. Automated call A number that shows up as a local call on my landline (without prefix)..However, it is followed by the well-known 7 bleeps and a pre-recorded message saying "Thank you for calling". I have received hundreds of calls of this type from numbers all over the country. Why it seems to be impossible to put a stop to the company that is responsible for these nuisance calls is something I simply do not understand.
