Utterly sick of being harassed.

Applied for O2 as part of a online survey and got a voicemail a week later whilst I was in an interview, luckely I put my phone on airplane mode just in case. 15:29 19/7/16. Did not appear to know my name, address or location, as did not refer to any - so just cold call to landline. Claimed to be from BT security and that there was a problem with my router. I asked who are BT? (jut to wind him up) - the answer he gave was the only truth in his call. He wanted me to check and confirm some details on my router. I told him I did not believe what he said, I was not going to give him any information and that I was going to hang up - which I did.

Called Sunday morning claiming to be doing a health survey for the government. Told them i needed proof. Gave me a couple of freephone numbers to ring which also seem dodgy. having read this thread I ve no doubt they will phone again but forewarned is forearmed.

Called to my rarely used mobile 23/5/17 @ 13:25. Not answered as otherwise engaged. No message left.

Called 4 times in one day! I thought about calling back but glad I didn t! I google every unknown number that calls me now. As of late, I am getting unknown calls every other day. I m not sure who I gave these details to, but no doubt at least my phone number has been sold to scammers and or telemarketers.
