Calls every day, sometimes several times a day and usually in the afternoons about a ficticious accident a family member was supposed to have had in 2013.

Been called three times on my mobile by this number they only ring once. Tried to ring them back . There's no response from the number.

This number has just called me twice, saying he was from Talktalk (though clearly not), worryingly he knew my address, but I told him to stop talking rubbish and to f off, so he immediately rang again, though this time I cut the call without answering

This number rang me twice in the space of 5mins, never spoke just hung up..I rang 1471, the reply sounded like a fax machine but not a fax machine. Still don't know who it is.

When called there is a recorded message "Please hold while we put you through to the next available agent" Keeps caller waiting, then disconnects.

Motor liability

Told woman she was calling a company phone all calls monitored and reported to of communication so they should expect a large fine. She hung up very quick.

Recorded message claiming to be from Amazon, saying a purchase of several hundred pounds had been made and would be charged to my card. If I had not made this purchase, press 1....

Number comes up and when answered big hesitation Did not say who was calling and when I the lady with foreign accent to say what she wanted she merely said it s about your cooker then rang of. Sick to death of these calls

Keeps calling twice a day

Asian male stated name was Michael Jordan from Microsoft and they had info that my computer had been used and they wanted access. BE CAREFUL don t give them access as once in the can take personnel data from computer and blackmail you costing hundreds of pounds to unfreeze your computer

Got back from holiday to find this number had called me (my answer machine was switched off) once a day for the previous 8 days.

accident insurance claim using wife information

On picking up the phone the line was silent for a couple of seconds, then there was the brief sound of call centre chatter and the line went dead. Almost certainly a scam call.

The same for us - scammers. Luckily we have BT Guardian so have just added these time wasters to my blocked list so they can't get through again!

Like last commenter yes they use a network of number local and otherwise in the hope u ll pick up the phone They have been phoning my house phone for months with an automated man message And now they have my mobile number Great! Too much of our information is easily accessed by these people under the credit rules What happened to data protection law?!? Don t answer them tell them nothing and completely ignore them

it was more than likely a scam

Called to talk about accident, when I asked what company, they said the after care team and when I asked what insurer I was with they said they don t have that information...

received a call from this number about an accident i was involved in - told them i havent been involved in an accident they then asked if someone at my address had been involved...

why go to the trouble of phoning me, asking for me by name, then when I confirm it is me, just put the phone down??? so odd
