Ok - enough complaining already! How can we stop them in their tracks - have just had a six month run in with them.... Report them to the Legal Ombudsman & if you paid by credit card get your provider on to them... I got a partial refund because I did both! Even though I have come out of this without loosing I will not stop complaining until companies house removes them from their site or perhaps - even better - they are taken to court & have to pay back all the misguided folk who believed their spin!

Phone me saying they were from the MIB and just wanted to make sure everything was above board and asked why I hadn t made a claim. Said I did and, she then asked what treatment I received, I started telling her (thinking it was to do with the claim I had put in to the MIB) then she hung up on me! I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem.
