Pre-recorded voice asking if you have debts of over a certain amount. I put the phone down!

This number calls us every afternoon (between 2 and 10 times)and we get a fax tone. How can we stop this?

Indian female claiming I have had an error on my internet during gaming. Claimed to be from BT who I m not with. Then asked me what I use the computer for to which I pointed out must be gaming as she had said. Asked me to find Ctrl key and asked me which key I could see next to it. Now quizzing me on the QWERTY keyboard layout is a bit of a bore so told her to go forth and multiply. She quickly hung up when I pointed out I m coming for her.

Nuisance call, recorded asking questions about an accident, at first it appears it is a person not a recorded message. It stops after asking question then asks another question....

Had a call today saying that they were a new company setting up in my local area and they already had a company in Leeds. Asked me if I drank water. Said no - he was surprised! Then said he didn t blame me. Asked if I would answer a few simple questions to be entered into a prize draw for a holiday. Told me if I won (which was very likely) then he would deliver the tickets to me in person at my house tomorrow. They are trying to do a job, but I asked the guy to end the call 3 times and take me off the list. After being rung several times.

Calling about compensation that could be available for a minor motoring incident I ve been involved with recently. They used my maiden name which was a red flag to start with, and I ve not been in any incident. Lady tried to persist with the call after I politely tried to end it so hung up instead. Looking back at call history there s been 6 missed calls from this number in last week with no messages left. Number now added to blocked list.
