Recorded message supposedly from Amazon Prime saying it’s about to expire (it’s not). Asks you to press 1 to speak to an assistant to renew. SCAM.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. I told him what a bad line it was and got him to repeat several times. He said he would call another time but I told him not to bother. I said I knew who it was calling. He wanted to know who I thought it was. After I identified him as a criminal he called me something rude

Every days for weeks these guys have called, mostly for my girlfriend, played along with them today, (joys of being in a lesbian relationship lol) they had her name, address, previous bank name as she is no longer with them, and knew about a loan, saying that the bank would send out a cheque once I had given them some details,repeatedly trying to get me to say yes, I knew about this loan, he was actually trying to script me what to say, getting very abusive when I repeatedly told him that my girlfriend is b

Called by this number trying to talk about pensions, I hung up.

Called once, hung up on answering. Called back. Claimed to be AA Accident Care Team. Had no accident at all since driving. Never been with the AA! Bunch if scammers!

Phoned today at 12.30pm, 2.30pm, 2.50pm, 5pm, 6.20pm. Called yesterday at 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 5pm. Didn't leave any messages.

Male voice claiming to be from Inland Revenue. If I didn t give details of my bank etc. a warrant would be issued for my arrest. BEWARE.

I thought I ll add this. All the replies are recent (nov 2013) I got one ring then it went off. This has happened twice on one week. Timewaster.

They are trying to get you to let them market your property, just block them, they are a pain in the backside.
