They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification. This number told me my kitchen appliances insurance had expired. Told them I was insured with another company and she claimed I was insured with them. I then told her that I was called by them a few weeks ago, and told her not to ring my number again. Think they want your bank details.

Now had them call me 4 times on Saturday, once yesterday and again today. Tell me that once I answer their questions they will NEVER phone me again. Probably because I refuse to answer and of their questions. From experience if I do I get all manor of other organisations phone me.
