just had a missed call off this number. tried calling back wont dial out properly but need to know who it was as expecting an important call.

Called the number back, seems to be a cold call centre related to "bank compensation claims" advised my number is unlisted and requested to be removed from their list

Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". If I give a vague answer ("I m an enumerator, what would you call that?"), they go on to the next question, always "what is your age group?". They hang up when I refuse to answer. Like others have said, AO.com trying to sell extra coverage for the appliance. I d seen here that s what they were doing but answered in the end as I was worried they might not deliver it if I didn t, since people had said they asked delivery details. In the end they just repeated what the website had said already regarding the delivery, and then pushed quite hard on the extra coverage, which I really didn t want - I bought from AO.com to save money, not spend extra!
