Had a call from this number today, sounded foreign, told me my address and post code then said I have a question for you and some seconds later hung up.
SCAM Rang my work number saying they were BT (not our provider) and said our router was Comprimised. Knowing it was a scam, I played along to waste their time. They tried to get me to connect to what would undoubtedly look similar to a BT site to then connect my PC to the site. They got bored of us trying to keep them on the line so they didn't scam some OAP. They gave up and hungup.

Safe number - A legitimate caller from the Office of The Public Guardian. Located in Birmingham. Likely contacting to discuss outstanding fees for a court appointed deputyship.
