Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

Absolutely a massive scam caller, no company name given and just factually incorrect. They're fishing for some poor person who's in debt that will believe the nonsense they're saying. Had a woman saying we had agreed to support thier campaign got to the end of her spiel then she asked where to send the invoice, gave it to her both barrells, she said we had agreed verbaly and would pass onto thier technical support for recording of agreement. Think they are trying to make people believe others in your company have ageed to sponsor.
