Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Endless calls with messages from a computer stating that they tried calling and may try later. Then asks me to call them on 03339997288. As yet I have never called them and I haven t answered their calls. Do they not know when to give up?

Had a cold call from this number saying that it was about the industrial claim that was going through in my name (it was worrying that they greeted me with my name). When I tried to say that I wasn t in an industrial accident they hung up before I finished my sentence.
