Called me twice while I was on another call. When I called back just three minutes after he last called me he wanted to know who I was. He said I'd called him earlier in the day when he was in a meeting, even though I had made no outgoing calls at all that day. When I pointed this out he hung up. I believe he said he was "Henry Lane", and I have now blocked the number.

This has happened to me 4 times now - the same pattern of one number followed a couple of hours later by another. AVOID as it can only be a scam.

Hi I have replied for a loan online and I keep getting calls from this number quick lain finance they said they were called I told them I don t want to go through with the loan they says that they have my details and all my bank account details from the company I applied with stupid I know but hay ho let s not slate me for doing so! Fraud - I think? This number rang my home landline (I couldn't reach it, I'm disabled). - I did 1471 + 3 - the number was dead. Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). This number doesn't ring when dialed on landline or my mobile, (but rang me a good 1/2 minutes)? I checked & checked it again. - How's it possible? - Obviously some kind of "con", "scam" ?!

I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.

SCAM claimed he was from Virgin and there was a problem with our router. When we questioned this he threatened to disconnect us.
SCAM purportedly from your bank stating that the fraud department has noticed two fraudulent transactions on your account, the first from Amazon in the sum of £700 didn’t need to listen to the second one. My bank do not use a Manchester address and certainly wouldn’t use a pre recorded message.BEWARE
