This mobile called my elderly mother telling her that £4,000 and then £2,000 had gone out of her bank acount. Thankfully my mother realised it was a scam because she does not have a large amount of money in her bank account and immediately put the phone down on the caller.
They were using scare tactics about x amounts being taken from our credit cards etc

Silence at first then after 2 seconds of me saying hello a man spoke saying he was calling from "EE". EE have no reason to call me so I hung up.
Tried to convince me that they were from Sky and that my Internet speed wasn't appropriate. Then told me to download and app which gives them remote access to me phone. When I refused they told me I needed to pay them for the service they have just given me. Nice try!

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:22 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Guy was very well spoken, good English but came across as very forceful/aggressive. Beware of engaging in any conversation.

Mmmm how did they know my number? why didn't I get an official letter/mmmm.
