This is NOT a UK landline number but is a VOIP (voice over internet) call and the number is operated by IP Voice Networks Ltd, spoofing a UK Abingdon number. The callers claim to be from Car Phone Warehouse, offering cheap mobile deals. They are SCAMMERS trying to steal your money and personal details. Claimed to be Carphone Warehouse.

Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.

They are scammers. 33758286792 rang today & hung up when i answered - 24 hours after a scammer message from 33975819984 rang claiming money had been transferred from account to foreign country. Treat these numbers as dangerous / scammers.

SCAM 01967 401277 ranf 2 days in a row at around 10am. No one answers, but you can here something going on in the background, like in the call centres atht have multiple hones on dial at once. I hung up straight away and blocked the number. Possible HMRC scam.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing.
