SCAM - Misleading and untruthful for customers. They train their staff to convince you to put in your card details then they take payments without permission and claim that you agreed to their "terms and conditions" when you have not. Very shady.

People find it hard to stay committed again. It’s becoming a difficult thing. Getting information & data you need is quite not a big deal. Sometimes the truth needs to be unveiled by whatsoever means necessary. This was the first time there was an automated call at the other end purporting to be from HMRC asking me to press 1 because I hadn’t replied to them so they would start legal proceedings. Fraud Attempting to gain banking details, after stating there had been unusual activity on my bank account. I had checked my account this morning , knew it to be untrue so cut off the call. they tried to ring twice more in 10 minutes but declined, then blocked. My bank unaware so reported to Action Fraud.

This number has been searched at least 1250 times, if not more. The POLICE are aware and need to identify these scammers, so the more it is reported the better the chance of catching them. There is a new rash of SCAMMERS out there trying to get people's money and DEFRAUDING them. They must be caught and proosecuted! REPORT, REPORT, REPORT!
