I would urge anyone receiving calls from this number to report their experience to Action Fraud and Ofcom. This number belongs to a company called Allclaim Solutions, but they might call themselves ACS. They target the elderly and vulnerable and their main objective is to obtain bank details for anything from insurance for washing machines to rebates for Council Tax. It s a complete scam. This call was from Brittany Ferries to update details of the Booking I had made the previous day. Legitimate call.

They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. You can easily stop these calls; Laithwaites, but on phoning back just an answer phone message which says your wine club tried to call you and to stop the calls, press 1 and leave the number and it will be removed from the list.
